Senior Scanning Technician

Job Description:

• Serve as a contractor support administrator in a dynamic office environment, working in a 'public facing' role.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with client policies and procedures.
• Perform case management taskings, to include entering information into client systems, document scanning, and case tracking.
• Carry out other duties as assigned, to include providing support to other areas of the contract in times of surge requirements.
• Team members will collaborate to ensure coverage between 7am to 6 pm.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

• Provide mail-processing support for the onsite client registry Mon -Fri between 7am and 4 pm.
• Possess strong computer and customer service skills and be competent manipulating computer files, links, and saving documents for processing.
• Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Adobe and understanding file conversions.
• Knowledge of client guidelines for physical distribution of mailings, courier deliveries; etc.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, think independently, and use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions.
