We are seeking a dynamic restaurant and catering Executive Chef to lead a tight-knit team at our Napa, CA location. This beloved lunch and dinner spot is frequented by locals and tourists alike. Most of the team has made this staple home for several years. This is an excellent opportunity for a restaurant and catering chef to have a stable team working out of a single location.
Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!
Executive Sous Chefs, we may have a spot for you too!
Executive Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ability to calmly lead, train, and inspire the culinary team
- Collaborate with the General Manager to improve efficiencies and grow the business
- Menu design
- Catering experience required
- Manage inventory levels and costs
