Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and become an essential part of our financial processes. You'll make sure our vendors get paid accurately and on time.

Job Duties:

• Meticulously process invoices, matching them against purchase orders to ensure everything adds up.
• Input and code invoice information into our accounting system with precision.
• Schedule and execute vendor payments like clockwork, adhering to all company policies.
• Unravel discrepancies by reconciling accounts payable statements like a pro.
• Maintain meticulous records of all payable transactions.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoice or payment issues.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting is a big plus.
• At least one year in accounts payable or similar accounting role within the construction industry.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software. Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
• Your keen eye for detail catches even the smallest errors.
• Skillful with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and stay on top of deadlines.

Schedule would be Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm with the pay rate of $20.00-$25.00/hr DOE.
