Nor-Cal Controls provides SCADA controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, battery energy storage systems, and microgrids, and we are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our excellent team! As the Proposal Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating the proposal process by interfacing with our internal team and clients to ensure our proposals are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. This full-time position is open to in-office or hybrid work options with a starting salary range of $23.00 - $25.00/hour.

What a successful Proposal Coordinator will accomplish in the first 90 days:
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and submitted on time.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships.
- Understand the company's products, solutions, and services as well as our internal organization.
- Meet Nor-Cal's Core Values.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma and 1+ years' administrative experience.
- Ability to understand technical engineering details (previous experience in a controls engineering or software engineering company preferred).
- Strong software skills including: 2+ years working with MS Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
