Are you passionate about golf and the great outdoors? Do you have a green thumb and enjoy maintaining beautiful landscapes? The Links at Echo Springs is seeking a dedicated Golf Course Maintenance Worker to help us keep our course in top shape!

Responsibilities:

Lawn Maintenance:
- Mow greens, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment.
- Trim grass around bunkers, trees, and other obstacles.
- Maintain tee boxes and ensure they are level and well-groomed.
Landscaping:
- Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Keep flower beds and landscape features looking pristine.
Bunker Care:
- Rake bunkers to ensure consistent sand distribution.
- Repair divots and ball marks.
Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate mowers, tractors, and other grounds keeping equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

General Maintenance:
- Assist with special projects, such as aerating greens or overseeding.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
Team Player:
- Collaborate with other workers and golf course staff.
- Be reliable and punctual.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or related field preferred but not necessary.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful golf course.
Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: Based on experience.
