Low Voltage (Technology) Business Development

Walker Telecomm, Inc. is a well-established organization that specializes in providing building technology and safety solutions as outlined in Division 27 and 28 of building scopes. We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team!

We have undertaken many large and high-profile projects that in include private, state and federal customers within California, Nevada, Utah and other surrounding areas, gaining a reputation as one of the leaders in the industry. 

Job Requirements:

• Effectively present all Division 27 and 28 Technology Systems and other critical systems to clients
• Build/maintain relationships with General and Electrical contractors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential End user/Owner customers
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Perform presentations to customers on system capability
• Attend project kick-off meetings, status meetings and assist project managers from a sales perspective
• Keep informed of new products and developments. Attend in-house training sessions
• Attend client meetings, networking events, lead presentations/meetings
• Continuously look for opportunities to win market share

What you bring to the table:

• Business Development experience in the low voltage field and a complete understanding of Division 27 and 28 Systems
• Low voltage systems experience
• Ability to travel
