This position can be remote with travel to the facility as needed.

Quality Assurance/ ISO Manager
This Reno, NV-based role, plans, coordinates, and manages Quality & ISO programs designed to ensure the Continuous improvements of our products consistent with established standards.
The quality Assurance Manager will focus on metrics such as operational, supplier, and process quality in order to insure delivery of high quality products and services that meets customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Leads efforts to resolve critical quality issues relating to our products or products from our Suppliers.
Contributes to scoring our suppliers in the areas of quality and issues quality scorecards for suppliers
Assure quality requirements meets customer requirements and ensure that quality control documentation aligns with ISO requirements, manages the ISO 9000 programs as directed.
Participates in supplier development programs to continually improve the quality of products from our suppliers
Chairs material review boards and coordinates and SCAR activities.
