Salary:
SolutionsWest is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with seven (7) or more years of extensive experience leading or facilitating change management activities on large-scale projects. Candidates must demonstrate past success in helping large organizations navigate technology, process, or policy changes. OCM activities will include engaging a broad spectrum of stakeholders, assessing readiness, and strategically communicating changes based on role and responsibility.
Requirements Include:
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and service delivery
- Knowledge of Prosci and ADKAR methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
- Bachelor's degree
Desirable Qualifications:
- Project delivery experience with federal, state, or local governments
- Health & Human Service subject matter expertise
- 3+ years of IT project implementation experience
