Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Columbus, OH. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a daily basis. This includes coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, managing budgets, and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. This person will also work closely with the business manager to ensure timely invoicing for project work.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management skills - specifically Concrete Construction is a requirement
• Experience in project coordination and budgeting
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
