ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Doug Brewer, State Farm Insurance is seeking a motivated intern who is interested in learning basic office, communication and organization skills in a successful professional small office. Your contributions and success can potentially lead to growing your career and expanding your income.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception- great customers who walk-in and call in to our office.
Assist with customer service- Beginning of Day activities, taking and reporting information provided by customers.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Assist in creating marketing opportunities, customer service projects and helping to keep the office running effecently.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service
Able to learn fast and take direction for agent and team members.
Ability to study for and obtain property and casualty (P&C) insurance license a plus.
