HR Coordinator

National Psychiatric Care and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a qualified HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and is responsible for assisting the HR Director with administrative tasks involved with recruiting, hiring, terminations, benefits, data entry, minor preparation for payroll, recordkeeping, etc. Must have at least 5 years clerical experience in HR.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with recruiting process including posting job openings, conducting background/criminal checks, employment reference check and creating new hires files.
• Responsible for the accurate entry of data into the HR software to include new hires, terminations, training information, benefits, etc.
• Assisting with record keeping and reports for new hires, terminations, benefit administration, payroll, etc.
• Assist in benefit administration, enrollment and health and wellness programs.
• Responsible for clerical duties such as copying, filing, faxing, etc.
• Reconciles invoices and ensures timely payment.
• Ensures accuracy of employee files contain completed, required paperwork and are properly maintained and secured.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Provide prompt response and/or action to inquiries.
• BambooHR experience preferred.
• Prior payroll experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to manage time, be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly.
• Ability to work independently.

• Onsite: Fair Oaks, CA
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
