They own all restaurant support, communications, logistics,operational feasibility testing, and initiative planning and execution. What You'll Do: Lead the Ops Integration Team to deliver rollouts andcommunications to Operations - both planned and unplanned Lead testing and analytics for new initiatives and menu items Measure success by tracking key performanceindicators to determine effectiveness of current and future integrationinitiatives Work cross functionally to deliver key messages from other Support CenterTeams: FSQA, Tech, Marketing, Customer Experience, and People + Culture Manage our relationship with the support deskand regularly report on and solve for the most common questions from Operations Manage distribution for all deliveries torestaurants from our vendors Continuously improve restaurant systems -track and report on them on a regular basis Collaborate on in-person and virtual training sessions forseasonal recipe rollouts and other initiatives Partner with L+D to continuously developrestaurant resources(posters, recipe cards, job aids) Lead company-wide contests and initiatives Create and maintain project budgets focusingon ROI Build strong relationships with restaurantoperations leadership to evolve current systems - work directly with theRegional Directors weekly and will Area Leaders on a regular cadence Create and maintain a feedback loop foroperational communications Drive CAVA values and mission throughexperience in restaurants Leadteams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest inmind Effectivelycommunicate goals, priorities, and action items to direct reports; activelygive feedback on progress updates Conductimpactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization Createopportunities for Team Members to grow in their roles and progress into higherroles in the organization Executeeffective decision-making skills to led team to succeed Overseeinnovative solutions proposed by direct reports Maintainemotional stability in stressful situations; lead by example for how our teamshould handle adversity Abideby policies and procedures that support the service mindset Managetimeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilitiesaccordingly Earnthe trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values Showdiscipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude tothe job every day The Qualifications: Minimum of five years experience inrestaurant operations Minimum of three years managing a restaurant Ops Services or OpsIntegration team Minimum of one year of experience in writing and/or editing communications Demonstrated success in coaching andmentoring team members Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Is knowledgeable of operations, restaurantssystems, P&L statements, and restaurant compliance Proficiency in the MicrosoftSuite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and at experience with Outlook andSharePoint Innovative in finding new andcreative ways to communicate Experience measuring results: developingthe ROI for projects by measuring reaction, learning, behavior, and results Highly organized and is skilled intime management A passion for food, people and storytelling Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus Project Management experience and/or certification a plus Businessanalytics experience a plus Experience with Monday or other project management software Ability to travelup to 40% Physical Requirements: Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment Mustbe able to identify, analyze and assess details Forcertain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations, as applicable Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner What weoffer: Competitive salary, plus bonus andlong-term incentives* Early Wage Access!* Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, pluspaid opportunities to give back to the community Health,Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more! 401kenrollment with CAVA contribution Company-paidSTD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions* FreeCAVA food Casualwork environment The opportunity to be on the ground floorof a rapidly growing brand *Indicates qualifyingeligible positions only CAVA - Joining "A culture, not a concept" This job description is not intended to be acomprehensive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position andsuch duties and responsibilities may change without notice.
