Position: Barista
Qualifications:
- Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn more
- Solution oriented/ able to problem solve
- Positive person able to focus on the good
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to achieve results
- Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency
- Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru
- Sense of urgency when preforming task
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Preforms opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standard.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea.
- Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee.
- Maintain positive and professional environment.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while on shift.
- Ensures proper cash management.
