Interacting with our customers and tailoring an individual plan.
Policy Administration: Manage policy inquiries, changes, and updates to ensure accurate documentation.
Customer Support: Provide excellent service and assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and policy details.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and deliver a unified customer experience.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Nevada Property & Casualty License will be required within 90 days of hire.
