Are you a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative looking to advance your career? If so, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions would like for you to join our growing team! The Inside Sales Rep will primarily be responsible for generating sales leads by calling and emailing prospective clients in an effort to schedule appointments with our Sales Team. For the right person, this position offers growth opportunity into either an Account Manager or Executive role. This position is based out of our new corporate office in Sacramento.

What the Inside Sales Rep role looks like:
• Outbound calls and emailing prospective clients to generate warm sales leads. Free company leads will be provided.
• Schedule appointments with the decision makers of prospective clients for our Executive Sales Team
• Build relationships with prospective clients for future opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales team and Executives.
• Work within a CRM to manage leads and assign tasks
• Friendly, competitive environment

What our ideal candidate looks like:
• 1-2 years' experience in a sales or customer service environment
• Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering results
• Practical experience working with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook. CRM experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to cope with rejection
• Must be a problem-solver and possess superb interpersonal skills
