Job Description

Our most valuable and sensitive area of business is its capital assets and inventory. Sourced from many vendors, with a multitude of conditions; performance, configuration, physical condition, warranty, calibration, accessories and more. We thrive on acquiring assets from parties who liquidate equipment and do not know much about the specialized equipment they are selling. As a result, proper due diligence is done on every asset acquired, used and new, to ensure minimal loss and risk to the company, requiring negotiations and compromises with vendors from many backgrounds.

 

Measures for Success

· Holds personnel accountable for system accuracy (EZRO)

· Ensures timeliness with system updates (Orders opened and closed within 2 hours)

· Maintenance list managed and assets rotate

· Collaborates with accounting to ensure all information is accurate

· Collaborates with sales to ensure searchability

· Identifies underperforming assets, determines strategies (Review with sales or liquidate)

· Develops and implements processes to improve efficiency, consistency and quality.

· Provides management and sales accurate information on time and cost to have equipment ready for shipment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

· Monitors open PO reports and adds Phantom products accordingly

· Support efforts to keeping assets Fleet Ready including calibration, accessories and cleanliness - minimizing asset downtime.

· Review and revise system categorization, descriptions and other pertinent information.

· Proactive review old assets for accuracy.

· Input maintenance note, update maintenance status.

· Clearly mark and describe assets with limited capabilities but functional.

· Identify assets with high failure rates and collaborate with sales (work with vendor, sell off and move on, deal with it)

· Plans and manages regular physical inventories

· Ensures locations are accurate to minimize ‘Search Party Efforts’

· Ensures Operations follows appropriate processes when using or moving assets

· Collaborate with vendors on returns and repairs

· Submits purchase requests for inventory items requiring replenishment

· Sources equipment as necessary (balancing Quality vs Price and verifying OEM performance claims)

· Explore projects by CEO and determine cost, lead time and scope

· Ensure projects are completed and deadlines met

· Spot check marketing efforts, ensure webpages are built and information is accurate.

· Validates EZRO information matches physical information (Locations, Options, Input, Accessories, Modular System Configurations & Requirements, Utilize Bundles as necessary)

· Utilize reporting functions and generate key reports for management (Asset performance)

· Collaborate with EZRO developers for improvements

· Develop strategies and process for inventory expansion as well as multiple locations

· Identify discrepancies between EZRO and accounting details.

· Meet with test technicians to review verification/calibration reports.

· Provide recommendations for customer compromises on equipment FIF and other asset, performance problems.

· Posts underperforming assets on eBay.

· Work with accounting to keep accurate track of office assets (PC’s, desk chairs, cell phones, anything greater than $100?)

· Coordinate with accounting and CEO regarding private label efforts

· Coordinate manuals, cheat sheets, quick setup diagrams generation, review for accuracy and distribute accordingly.

 

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years’ experience with asset management

· Sophisticated level of understanding in electrical engineering, compliance testing and test equipment.

· Able to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment

· Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Flexible, accurate and excellent interpersonal skills

· Good attitude
