We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service. If you like taking personal ownership for the work you are responsible for and have a desire to grow professionally, this is a great position for you!
Schedule: full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
Starting wage: $19.00 per hour depending upon education, experience, and qualifications.
What you would be doing in this role:
- Greet Customers
- Answer Phones
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with Realtors, team members, clients, tenants, owners, and company departments
What we’d like you to bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Recent property management experience.
- Current NV Real Estate license and NV Property Management Permit (must be willing to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
