HangoverEasy is looking for a General Manager to lead our great team.
Responsibilities:
70% Leadership and Daily Operations - Provide overall direction and oversight for the entire team. Ensure all areas are appropriately staffed and stocked for each successful shift. Lead team through high volume business times and ensure a safe, healthy, and clean environment for all guests. Meet with senior leadership to review company policies and implement at the store level. Enforce standard operating procedures and assist with the development of system improvements as necessary. Work closely with culinary team to ensure highest food quality and kitchen operations. Embody core values of the company and lead by example. Other duties as assigned.
20% Staff Development - Create and maintain a positive work environment to foster a collaborative and supportive culture. Empower team to engage fully with their work and encourage creative problem solving. Communicate regularly with team to ensure transparency and awareness of new initiatives, menu alterations, or specials. Work with HR to develop and maintain training plans for all staff to encourage growth and development including education of featured products, necessary technical knowledge, and awareness of company policies and standards.
10% Financial Oversight - Regularly review sales data to ensure financial success of each facet of the operation. Control inventory waste or spoilage through cross utilization and proper tracking of product. Review and approve schedules for proper labor utilization. Meet with leadership to discuss monthly finances and discuss PNL statements. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of staff engagement and development
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of beverage programs and development
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Experience working with budgets and PNL statements
- Able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to lift 20lbs
