IT Support Technician

Bolt MSP, an industry and market leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) is actively searching for a highly skilled and qualified Solutions Engineer to join organization and our culture of quality and continuous improvement.  We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate sales and service delivery teams.  You will serve as a Tier III technical resource to support our managed services customer needs.  You will identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT service performance, availability, configuration and security issues.  You will employ and manage disciplined configuration, change and release management processes to ensure our customers IT services are optimized and secure.

In addition, as a Solutions Engineer, you will be required to support sales calls/meetings with our trained Sales Representatives, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company managed services offerings, and create customized solutions for the client.

To ensure success as a Solutions Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of: managed services operations (ITIL v4); all aspect of IT infrastructure, applications and services; a passion for sales; and high-level communications skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Solutions Engineer drives sales by representing our service portfolio, creating customer specific solutions, tailor-made to the customer's needs.
