Job description Senior Program Specialist Applied Development champions the rights of people of all abilities to work and communicate effectively through sign language interpretation, reader services, advocacy, and outreach. Basic Services - The Contractors shall serve as Senior Program Analyst by
providing support to Government employees and service to other assigned work units in IOD. The service can focus on a single or a variety of job functions with varying degrees of independence within IOD.
This position shall support a variety of general program/administrative management and technical support duties, including, but not limited to the following tasks:
· Participates in planning and developing administrative and program activities.
· Reviews records and data for accuracy, reconciles differences, and works with other staff and university offices to identify errors and make corrections.
· Compiles data and prepares reports used to monitor or assess department
activities, programs, and services or project future needs.
· Oversee the maintenance and modification of complex filing and recordkeeping systems.
· Maintains records and prepares necessary reports.
· Recordkeeping systems
· Data analysis and management
· Basic accounting and budgeting principles
· Microsoft Office and related software applications
· Working Knowledge in SharePoint data management
· Working Knowledge in virtual training production
· Prepares work for data processing and maintain working files and production
records
· Communicates effectively through both oral and written means
· Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Managing internal and client communications and maintaining program
knowledge management / tracking
· Track project/program finance and schedule, including planned and actual
commitments, milestones, obligations, and expenditures
· Working Knowledge in virtual learning and familiarity with on-line
learning/conference systems
· Provide technical support and guidance in collecting, analyzing, reporting, and
visualizing various data via Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Excel
· Other duties as assigned
Experience:
4 + years of administration of training, development programs.
Intermediate to expert level technical skills
