Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Kable Staffing is in urgent need of a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Lewis Center, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances, conducting regular checks, inbounding, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper organization of the warehouse space.
- Communication Hub: You'll liaise with vendors, internal operations teams at HQ (including customer support), to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Customer Service Champion: You'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone during business hours.
- Warehouse Operations: When not assisting with customer service, you'll focus on core warehouse duties like picking and packing orders to fulfill customer requests.
REQUIREMENTS

- Warehouse Whiz: Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and direct-to-consumer operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
PREFERRED
- Furniture product knowledge desired.
- Warehouse and distribution experience is preferred.
- Prior experience operating material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and dollies.

- Work requires physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push/pull or balance merchandise up to 100 pounds. With mechanical assistance, employee will occasionally move up to 300 pounds. Regularly operate warehouse equipment that requires manual dexterity and use of lightweight tools requiring some coordinated movements. Activities include using a forklift or pallet jack to move furniture and use lightweight tools to assemble furniture
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
- Position may require climbing of ladders.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
