Loan Specialist

This is a project based role to review, scrub and create tracking item in a new tickler system for the business unit. The job will require the individual to search through various systems to locate a number of Business and Real Estate loan documents, as well as collateral and financial reports. The individual must have a background with loan documents produced from LaserPro and LawyerPro, and have knowledge surrounding financial reports. The individual will be required to read through the loan contracts to determine all required covenants to be added to the new tickler system. Additional research will need to be performed to determine which financial reports are still required to determine appropriate start dates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required
- 1-2 years related administrative experience, Data Entry
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a variety of automated office equipment.
- Needs to be able to work well under time constraints and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to learn propriety systems quickly.
Preferred:
- Experience with C&I and CRE Loan Documents, (LaserPro and LawyerPro) and experience with reviewing Financials Reporting documents. Including but not limited to Personal and Business Tax Returns, Personal and Business Financial Statements, Rent Rolls, Leases, Operating Statements, AR & AP Reports, etc.
- Systems used: Fiserv/Navigator, Director
