Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring for an Regional Service Manager to join our Columbus, Ohio location. The Regional Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer accounts are serviced daily and on schedule. What will you do?
- Ensure superior customer service and relationships
- Manage direct reports to support overall growth, goals, and culture
- Hold team members accountable to established goals
- Ensure all routes are covered daily, fill in as necessary to meet demand
- Train new route delivery and support personnel
- Assist in the collection of account payments, renewal service agreements, and the monitoring and evaluation of lost accounts
- Maintain accurate inventory control of depot warehouse
- Other related duties as assigned to support the Service team
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; or a combination of education and related work experience required
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in leading a team, ideally in a service driven industry
- Proven ability to understand business financials with ability to analyze concepts that apply to this position a must
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Independent self-starter with willingness to learn
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Must possess valid drivers license and have clean driving record
