Construction Laborer/Journeyman

Duties:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles
- Maintain all safety standards and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as directed
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and tools
- Move, secure, install, build, load and unload materials
- Perform some specialized tasks which may require onsite training
- Effectively use heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor
- Self starter
- Problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: From $20.00 per hour. Wages to be determined by experience level

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
