Job Description

Sproul Trost LLP is seeking a business litigation attorney to be a part of the team! Sproul Trost has an immediate opening for an attorney with three to ten+ years of business litigation experience. The successful candidate will work in the litigation section with an emphasis on real estate and corporate matters. Sproul Trost LLP offers competitive compensation packages with opportunities for year-end bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Work in all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, attending hearings and depositions and assisting in trial preparation
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

Three to ten+ years of business litigation experience
Current License to Practice with the California State Bar
Strong academic credentials
Excellent research and analytical skills
Understanding of current state and federal civil procedures
Trial experience is not required but is preferred
