New Job Opportunity - Contact Center Representative 

New job opportunity out of Reston, VA. Looking to hire someone who has at least one year of related  professional experience (preferably work for a Credit Union or Bank). Looking for customer service/call center type experience
Need 1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank

Logistics of the Role:

  • Full Time - Direct Hire - Our client is looking to pay around 20/hr. Flexible
  • On Site
Day to Day Activities:
  • Communicate with opposing parties to negotiate settlement terms and amounts for accounts.
  • Communicate offers with clients, vendors, opposing parties.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to determine client's budget to settle an account.
  • Keep case management system up to date with notes and progress.
  • Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys while working on settling a case.
  • Correspond with client vendors to ensure creditor payments are sent in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors for payment of filing fees and legal costs.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • 1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be okay with being subject to drug and background check 
  • Extremely well organized and ability to multi-task/follow-up
  • Able to take criticism well
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite / Spreadsheets
