POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Personal Lines Account Manager will handle strategic personal lines clients, manage new business opportunities, and follow a path for professional development within Haughn & Associates. They must exemplify a consultative and service-minded approach to clients and prospects. Personal Lines Account Managers develop extensive personal lines insurance knowledge covering homeowners, auto, and other personal lines products.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Advise clients and prospects regarding auto, home and personal liability coverages
• Act as a client advocate throughout major personal claims
• Address client bills and pursues payments when necessary
• Act as a primary point of contact for personal lines customers
• Handle day to day service requests related to coverages and billing
• Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• 2-8 years personal lines insurance experience
• Active Ohio personal lines producer license
• College degree a plus
• Willingness to pursue a program for professional development
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

WORK ARRANGEMENT

In Office

Hybrid with set schedule after 1 year of service

SALARY RANGE

$50,000-90,000 /yr
