BILINGUAL SPANISH - RECEIVING CLERK (Metal ScrapYard)

Labor Finders in Vallejo is immediately looking to hire an experienced RECEIVING CLERK / SCALE OPERATOR for an area metal scrapyard that has an immediate need.

• Position: Receiving Clerk / Scale Operator 
• Pay: $20-$23/Hour To Start
• Environment: Metal Scrapyard
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Vallejo, CA
• Length: Temp-To-Hire Potential
• Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Job Summary: The recycling yard Receiving Clerk / Scale Operator will be in charge of processing customer vehicles, measuring weights on intake and exit.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Weigh both commercial trucks and non-commercial vehicles.
• Keep detailed records.
• Direct vehicle traffic
• General customer service.

Skills Needed:

• Working understanding of PC computers
• Working understand of MS Excel and Word
• Previous experience in customer service
• Conversational English and Spanish

Preferred:

• 10 years’ experience in a related field
• Forklift or other machinery experience

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
