Position Overview:

As the CAD Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the drafting and design process for our solar projects. You will lead a team of designers and engineers, ensuring the accurate and timely creation of construction drawings, layouts, and schematics. This role requires a combination of CAD expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the CAD team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics for solar energy systems, including photovoltaic arrays, inverters, mounting structures, and
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements in all design work.
• Develop and implement CAD standards, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical support and training to CAD team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD drafting and design.
• Proven experience managing and leading a CAD team, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry standards is a plus.
