Foreman Electrician

We are currently seeking a Foreman Electrician! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers and assist in the training of electrical trainees so that we can help to build the next generation of electricians.

Responsibilities:

• Run a crew of 3+ employees
• Provide dailies to owner and GC "daily"
• Quality control- "Attention to detail" is a must
• Able to complete material takeoffs and have orders ready a minimum of a week in advance of the work
• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceways
• Assist in training ET's
• Troubleshooting
• Adhere to all safety codes
• Must be on time daily- On time is late, 10 minutes early is on time

​​Qualifications:

• California Journeyman Card that is current and active
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of Foreman experience with crews of 3 or larger in a commercial and residential setting
• Drug and alcohol free- Random testing applies
• Knowledgable with tablets and online apps. Training can be provided. Technology challenged will make this position difficult
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Osha 10 at minimum
• Must have hand tools, cordless power tools, benders, roto splitter, etc to get work done daily
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, as well as strong communication skills
• Conduit bending skills
