Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Worthington, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries and unique needs surrounding all levels of employee benefits
- Outline benefits and coverage available to our clients
- Review billing inquiries and claims for accuracy
- Support team members with exceptional intrapersonal skills
- Answer inbound calls and emails from elevated clients
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, calm, and professional attitude
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Computer literacy and a working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Experience in service-related industry and client case preferred
