The Senior Electrical Engineer role provides diverse work responsibilities including developing new applications, supporting / troubleshooting of existing hardware and manufacturing tests. Hardware test development for In Circuit Test (ICT), Module Test, Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS), and Final System Test. Integrating with technology New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability, assembly, and complete test coverage.
As a Senior Electrical engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Interfacing with technology engineering teams on new product development ensuring they are integrated into the manufacturing production process meeting critical manufacturability requirements.
- Analyzing analog and digital circuits to ensure they meet specifications and/or to find root cause of defects
- Designing necessary test fixtures, circuit boards, and tooling for new products and in supporting existing product fixtures
- Developing tests for new products, document process changes, drive process and test fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, and improve cost of quality
- Designing and Implement new circuit card projects that interface to firmware, hardware, and software
- Supporting manufacturing operators, technicians, and supervisors across multiple work centers to troubleshoot manufacturing test and fixtures.
- Performing Third Part Reviews analyzing test and board designs to determine defect root cause and corrective actions.
- Driving strategy of manufacturing electrical design advancements, practices, techniques, new technology, and processes

To be successful in this role you will require:
- This position requires you to be located, or willing to relocate to Minden Nevada
- Have A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Have 5 to 7 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering design, development, and analysis.
- Have Experience in embedded systems and/or programming object-oriented code C/C++/C#
- Have Knowledge using mechanical CAD Software, Siemens NX CAD/CAM software
- To be able to Demonstrate knowledge in In Circuit Test (ICT) design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Have Experience with Agilent - Medalist i3070 Series 5 or Seica - Pilot VX Automated Flying Probe.

- The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,100.00-$130,200.00USD if employed in California
- The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,100.00-$130,200.00 USD if employed in Colorado
- The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,100.00-$130,200.00USD if employed in Washington
- The annual pay scale for this position is between $$91,100.00-$130,200.00 USD if employed in New York
