This role is sourcing for Architects and Engineers involved in building design. This is NOT an IT sourcing role

The Challenge:

We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Sourcer who can build on their robust Architecture & Engineering talent pipeline. Ideal candidates are connected to the A&E industry, who are self-motivated, proactive in communication, enjoy collaborating across disciplines, and thrive in a non-corporate environment and structure. We are looking for candidates with extensive Architecture & Engineering design build sourcing experience in the federal government sector.

Principle Areas of Responsibility:

• Support sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, especially for hard-to-fill positions.
• Researching and sourcing candidates through search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
• Coordination of interviews
• Comply with Federal, State laws and Federal Contractor regulations related to hiring.
• Increase organizational workforce size through effective selling techniques.
• Assist with mobilization and pre-hiring employment process.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness of the Human Resources team.
• Actively participate in Human Resources special projects

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Architecture & Engineering sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or knowledge of design and build Architecture and Engineering in the government building industry (this is strictly design and build infrastructure, not IT buildings).
• Experience staffing and mobilizing international contracts preferred.
