Field Service Supervisor (Landscaping Industry) Description

Our client in the landscape design and maintenance industry is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their Mid-Atlantic team based in Fairfax, VA or Ruther Glen, VA, - whichever you are closest to. In this role, you will visit multiple locations of their client’s chain in the Mid-Atlantic region to ensure landscaping and maintenance has been completed by subcontractors according to quality and safety standards. With a focus on client interaction and subcontractor oversight, this position is ideal for a self-led person with a knack for organization and communication who has experience running a landscaping crew who desires to step up their career with a large commercial landscaping and maintenance company. This role requires a lot of windshield time, but offers a secure position with continuous growth, the real potential for leadership advancement, and the opportunity to shape the position.

Field Service Supervisor (Landscaping Industry) Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Guarantee smooth operations by subcontractors within your designated area
• Engage in client communications and problem resolution
• Spot areas of concern and opportunities for service enhancements
• Maintain detailed reports via an online ticketing system
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all activities comply with safety protocols

Field Service Supervisor (Landscaping Industry) Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle required
