Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a rewarding company in Loomis, CA!

Compensation: $85-$105k/annually DOE

Job Requirements:

• Thoroughly review estimates with owners and clients.
• Estimate assigned projects to ensure quality estimates.
• Lead effort in reviewing project plan, requirements and specifications for each assigned project.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing.
• Responsible to create budget for input into project management software.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

• Have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• 5-8 years experience of construction estimating is required
• Engineering, Construction Management degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
