Facilities Maintenance Associate $20 Per/Hr + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Performing monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers
• Assisting with minor repairs as they occur
• Performing all tasks related to warehouse cosmetic improvements
• Ensuring the detailed cleanliness of the warehouse and the offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• This position requires past experience in general maintenance systems, preferably in the distribution industry or related field
• This position requires the ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand written and oral instructions
• This position requires the ability to concentrate and to communicate with management, co-workers, and supervisors
• This position requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions, while working independently and as part of a team
• This position requires the ability to lift objects weighing fifty (50) pounds
• This position requires the ability to adapt to varying environmental conditions (i.e. heat, humidity, dust, toxic and/or non-toxic chemicals
• This position requires the wearing of safety equipment as required by management
• Forklift Experience, stand up and sit down.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

The pay rate is $20.00 p/hr. Opportunity for $200 Monthly BONUSES as well!
