Job description
Duties
- General cleaning of private homes, vacation rentals and offices
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock supplies and guest supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Skills
- Experience in supervising or managing a team of cleaners is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality or hotel cleaning standards is desirable
- Ability to launder and maintain linens and towels
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Familiarity with custodial and housekeeping management practices
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
