We are a growing property management company and we are adding to our team of Real Estate Property Managers. We are looking for Real Estate Property Managers who want to make a difference in the lives of our Owners and Tenants while enjoying the benefits of consistent income that grows month after month.
The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships with the owners they are assigned to work with as well as learn to develop strong agent community-based relationships themselves. They will be supportive team members who can be relied upon by others to maintain a standard of service that is easy to refer to by other professionals.
Our existing support staff will handle accounting, advertising, and administration duties. We use the best-of-class software and services to ensure that your efforts are as efficient as possible. Our Class A office suite shows off our professionalism when needed and our remote work policy lets you stay in the field as much as possible. We employ a handyman and handywoman to facilitate in-house maintenance for quick turns and faster service requests in order to make it easier to keep both your Owners and Tenants happy.

Responsibilities
•Coordinates Work Orders from Tenants with House Service Providers and outside Vendors after obtaining Owner Approvals for needed repairs and improvements.
•Meets targeted KPI's related to Client and Customer Satisfaction.
•Develop new relationships with Agent and Investor Communities
•Maintains Retention of Assign Clients
•Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
•Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
•Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
Qualifications
Experience managing Single Family Homes and small Apt Complex is desired.
The daily activities and environment are very different from managing large apartment complexes with 100 or more doors for corporate owners.
•Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
•1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
•Some weekend and evening hours required
