Marathon Staffing is seeking a detail oriented and problem-solver Call Center Agent for our Client in Sacramento. This position requires our employee to provide exceptional customer service and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
Job Description:
- Greeting customers, answer high volume inbound/outbound calls and emails, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions to ensure that appropriate changes were made.
- Resolving disputes in a professional and respectful manner.
- Relay or route written or verbal messages.
- Perform various data entry or clerical tasks, such as typing or proofreading documents, scanning, filing, and faxing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Effective verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus!
