Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Collaborate with team members to understand data integration requirements and objectives
- Work with multiple data sources to collect, consolidate, validate, and manage Enterprise IT data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power BI
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or similar
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration pipelines and workflows
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity
- Support the deployment and monitoring of data integration solutions in production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and integration
- Document data integration processes, configurations, and best practices
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML) and serialization techniques
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
- Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
- Ability to work with APIs and web services for data extraction and integration
- Basic understanding of data modeling and database concepts
- Basic understanding of data center operations and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new technologies and tools
