JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Requires 10 years SharePoint Administrator/End User experience
• Requires previous experience administering SharePoint Security and Permissions for all site content and 140+ users
• Requires experience with maintaining backups and assistance with restoration
• Requires experience with maintaining file size limitations and quotas
• Requires previous experience with understanding and incorporating new tools and functionality needs to fulfill business requirements
• Requires experience in creating tutorials, spreadsheets, and other guides for office use
• Requires Drupal experience
• Requires previous experience in designing icons, animations, banners and other various types of graphics for both agency website and SharePoint pages
• Requires previous experience with Web Content Administration and Web Development Support
• Requires familiarity with Microsoft Power Applications and Microsoft Lists
• Requires familiarity with Google Analytics

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Knowledge Management Specialists shall be responsible for managing the flow of information within OBP. This is includes strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems and improving integration among them The Specialist shall work with a variety of different CISA offices and individuals to ensure that OBP personnel has access to the knowledge needed to do their jobs effectively.
• The Knowledge Management Specialists shall also be tasked with administering SharePoint Security and Permissions for all site content, developing new ways to capture, store, and share knowledge OBP. This includes creating databases or other digital tools to help OBP personnel find information quickly and easily.

WORK HOURS

Contractor employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when Contractor employees shall be required to work other than normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, to fulfill requirements under this SOW.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Government outside the local commuting area(s) will be reimbursed to the Contractor in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining COR approval (electronic mail is acceptable) for all reimbursable travel in advance of incurring travel expenses. All associated requirements with travel, will be conducted in Huntsville Alabama, USA. If applicable the contractor will be required to travel from 1110 North Glebe Road, Alexandria, VA 22201 to future identified locations within Huntsville Alabama, USA. Travel will not exceed a total of five (5) trips per authorized/exercised period of performance following the Base Year.
