Our company is searching our a full-time In-house Attorney who specializes in Employment Law and well-versed in representing a company in EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and employment legal matters.

- A growing company with locations in Northern & Southern California
- Well versed in Employment & Labor Laws
- Ability to maintain compliance with changing legislation and laws
- Ability to recommend updates to polices and documentation.
- Experience preparing and representing company in legal matters.
- Track record of assisting private employers.
- Track record in defending private employers in matters related to employment, EEOC, DFEH, DLSE and legal matters
- A PLUS if you've represented employers in healthcare.
