• We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, reliable, hard-working, and self motivating professional who is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, function in a multitasking environment, and is able to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
• Answering and directing phone calls to respective departments.
• Scheduling apartment showings for potential tenants.
• Opening and closing work orders from residents in a timely manner.
• Distributing notices to residents' doors when needed.
• Assisting with additional projects around the office as required.
• Utilizing basic office skills to perform tasks such as copying and filing.
• Inputting data accurately into the system.
• Delivering top-notch customer service to all residents and potential tenants.
• Proficiency in basic office skills
• Experience with copying and document handling
• Customer service skills and experience
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Competence in filing and organizing office documents
• Experience in managing and executing projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
