Sales Director - Senior Living

Silverstone Senior Living is developing a brand- new continuing care retirement community in Tyson’s Corner, VA called The Trillium. We are seeking exceptional candidates for the Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Director.

The Director will supervise all sales functions and be responsible for personal sales quotas as well as team goals. The Director will work with Greystone, Silverstone Senior Living and a professional advertising agency on marketing and advertising initiatives, oversight of events, including input on the development of the sales and marketing strategic plan. Responsibilities include ongoing lead development and direct sales of residences.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years managerial experience in a similar position and have a proven track record of sales in the industry.

Must have strong organizational skills and be a good leader/motivator.

Extensive public contact and public speaking required.

Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve high goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
