Maintenance Technician Part Time

Minimum Requirements:
HVAC Certified
Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Appliance repair experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Painting skills preferable
Perform move-out turns
Ability to do resident work orders
Valid CA Driver's license
Automobile insurance
Reliable transportation

Schedule is Monday-Friday and rotating on-call shifts.

Must be a team player, good problem solving skills, follow safety procedures, willing to respond to emergencies, and ensure positive resident satisfaction.
Will need to travel to multiple properties or stores, assist sub-contractors, able to work on an on-call schedule if needed.

Compensation depending on experience. .

Must be able to pass a physical and drug test (includes marijuana).

PPE and Tools provided by employer. Mileage reimbursement when traveling between jobs.
