Job Description

In this Full-Time, in-office role, the candidate will be responsible for customer receivables and leading the collections process. Ability to communicate well is imperative.

Responsibilities:

Daily receivables, collections, credit releases and determining credit worthiness of customers
Utilize excellent customer service and negotiation skills in the collection process
Complete customer collection outreach via email and phone
Run credit cards, issue credits and debit memos with follow up
Research and analyze accounts receivable reports, payments and chargebacks
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
Analyze customer accounts of varying complexity, utilizing Excel and ERP system
Provide invoices and statements as needed
Ability to work with sales force and management
Assist in month end close
Other projects as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required, other accounting related experience is a plus
Intermediate level of Excel and Word required
Ability to work in the office daily
Strong work ethic
