Administrative Assistant

Updating and Maintaining information in CRM system. Create and manage spreadsheets and other data. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation. Assist in drafting and dissemination of written communications to clients. Answer phones and communicate with clients directly. Support group email management and directing requests appropriately. Assist business development team with daily tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:Intermediate level or better proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly office, excel and outlook). Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Great at task prioritization., Strong multi-taking and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills. 2+ years in customer service, Recent work experience of 3+ years as an administrative assistant.
