Description

The Medical Education Operations Support Associate assists with various projects and administrative tasks that include conducting and managing projects, corresponding with key stakeholders, scheduling meetings, maintaining data, and creating and distributing reports. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the Sales team and managers to organize educational and training events. The Operations Associate also monitors budgets and contracts.

The Operations Associate is based in a Kerecis office with some travel and reports to the Director of Medical Education Operations.

Essential Functions

  • Facilitate educational events for physicians and training events
  • Run performance reports after training and educational events
  • Book venues, create invitation cards for events, collect sign-in sheets from events
  • Assemble and review presentations, reports and documents
  • Assist with report creation for leadership meetings
  • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine significance and plan distribution
  • Track costs to ensure adherence to department budgets
  • Submit payment requests and follow up on timely payments
  • Enter and maintain data
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as sorting incoming correspondence and ordering supplies
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills reflecting on ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to turn data into graphs
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Medical Affairs preferred
  • Experience interacting with medical doctors preferred

Anticipated travel 20%
