Salary: $90,800 - $110,800

As a Learning & Development Manager, you'll get to:

• Develop innovative and engaging learning programs to unleash the potential of our team members.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
• Implement cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance our learning ecosystem.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously iterate for improvement.

Experience and Skills
Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven experience in learning and development, with a knack for creativity and innovation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning technologies.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
