Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities: As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you'll oversee all critical infrastructure systems, including power (generators, UPS systems, etc.) and Air Handling Systems (HVAC). Your duties will involve hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, vendor coordination, documentation, and more in a 24-hour critical environment.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

• Familiarity with safety, electrical, and cooling designs

• Adherence to established safety practices and procedures

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Basic typing, email, and computer proficiency

Shift: Flexibility is key—we assign shifts based on operational needs, striving for fairness. Rotating on-call duties occur approximately once every two months, varying with team size.
